The Bowling Green State University Club Baseball team took on #14 Eastern Michigan in a 3-game series on April 13th and April 14th. They were able to claim one victory vs. the Eagles.

HERE IS THE WEEKEND RECAP: 
Game 1 - Win 10-9. BG comes back from down 9-3 in the bottom of the 7^th inning to win the game with a walk off single from Jacob Rumberger. Adam LaRoche gets the win on the mound. 
 
Game 2 - Loss 11-1. Errors were the leading factor in the loss.
 
Game 3 - Loss 7-6. Falcons jump out to an early lead and hold onto it all the way until the 7^th inning, where a 3-run inning from EMU gives them the lead. We threatened in the bottom of the 7^th with two runners on, but couldn't get the job done.

This ends the season for the Falcons. Unfortunately, they were 1 game out of the wild card for the regional tournament. Although, the program is headed in the right direction. They made great progress from the previous year and are looking forward to next season to hopefully win the conference and advance to regionals. This team will see a group of underclassmen returning who are motivated to win. 

The team finished the year 10-11.
