Women's Club Soccer Has Eyes Set on The Future

BGSU Women's club soccer wrapped up the fall season with a 5-3 overall record, consisting of 4 shut-out victories, earning them 4th in their divisions. The team prefers to look towards the future and what they can accomplish next season. Reflecting on the competitive matches they played against teams such as University of Michigan, Michigan State University, Grand Valley State University and University of Toledo, they hope to learn from these matches to help them succeed in the upcoming spring season. The upcoming season boasts matches against top ranked teams such as Ohio State and Purdue as well as the hope of a successful tournament performance. "We aren't able to play against high ranked teams very often and we want to make a lasting impression on those types of teams," said Sophomore forward Mallori Pollock. In addition the team is looking to improve their team and prepare for the next fall season with hopes of achieving a program goal for the past few seasons, reaching the regional tournament.
