This past weekend the Falcons flew north to close out the fall competition season at the University of Toledo. As Bowling Green's biggest rival, it was necessary that the boys in orange took care of business quickly.
The Falcons started off hot, leading the Rockets 8-3 at the half with contributions from all over the field. After securing a comfortable lead, BGSU kept pace with UT through the last two quarters, trading shots with one another until the final buzzer.
Finishing the game 13-8, the Birds went home with an emphatic statement win to close out the fall against rival and conference opponent. The Falcons finished the fall season 2-1 in conference play and are primed to make a run for the playoffs this upcoming spring season.
