After an outstanding performance on day one of the competition, freshman Lilly Gibbs secured a spot in the event finals to compete on bars for the platinum level. In event finals, she earned herself a score of 9.525. This score helped her become 7th in the nation for the respected event.
Nationals 2025 was the team's last meet of the season. The girls helped celebrate their two seniors, President Nicola Sellis and Vice President Emily Meyer, after the competition.
"All I want to say is how much I have loved being a part of this club and the special place it will always hold in my heart", Sellis said. "Some advice I would give to my girls is to enjoy it. We tend to take for granted the amazing skills we can do, but before you know it, you won't have the chance to do it anymore. So cherish the time you have left in the sport."
