BGSU Quad Ball Recap

BGSU hosted a joint practice on November 10 with participants from Purdue, Michigan State, and Case Western Reserve Quidditch/Quad Ball Teams. Braden Hawk, the BGSU Quad Ball Treasurer said "The joint practice we held, allowed the BGSU Quad Ball team to get a deeper understanding of the sport. We were able to get new drill ideas and formations, that have proven to help us become a more successful team."

On Saturday November 16th, BGSU participated in a tournament with Case Western Reserve, Michigan, and Michigan State in Oregon, Ohio. The tournament was ran by the Gemini team who is partially made up of former BGSU alumni. BGSU unfortunately came up short to all three opponents, losing 80-175 vs. Case Western Reserve, 155-160 vs Michigan (unofficially), and 60-195 vs Michigan State University.  Although the team didn't secure a win, they played hard and learned a lot as a team.

Coming up in the spring semester, BGSU Quad Ball will be practicing in the Perry Field House and all are welcome to come out to watch the FalconsThey will be attending more tournaments and will host their own Falcon Cup.
