BGSU Fall 24-17 to Kent State in Opening Home Game of the Season

BGSU Women’s Rugby is in Full Swing Following Opening Weekend against Kent State


Bowling Green, Ohio – Bowling Green (0-1) suffered their first defeat of the season in their opening match against Kent State at the Roger Mazzarella Rugby Field on Saturday, September 6th at 1:00 PM. The Golden Eagles bested the Falcons in a tight 24-17 match.  

 

 Sami Tripi obtained a hat-trick and had three tries with conversion kicks made by Taylor Westrick. The Forward of the Match was Alyssa Schwan, and the Back of the Match was Sami Tripi
