On March 9th-10th the Bowling Green State University Men's Bowling team competed at both, the Intercollegiate Team Championship and the Sectional tournament in Allen Park, Michigan at Thunderbowl Lanes. The Falcons bowled a total of 64 baker games over the two days to try and punch their ticket for the Intercollegiate Team Championship on the national level. The 64 games were split up into 4 blocks of 16. For the first block, the team averaged 175, for the second they averaged 197, for the third they averaged 193, and for the fourth, and final block, they averaged 191. For the tournament as a whole, the team averaged 189. The team will have 3 weeks to prepare for the Club National Championships next month in Anderson, Indiana. They look to make a run to win after they placed second last year.
