- 2-year letterman for St. Ed’s Rugby
- Received Varsity Best Back of the Year Award my Senior year

- Son of Tom and Katie Capel and has two siblings, Sam and Brady
- Freshman at BGSU studying Early and Inclusive Childhood Education
- A BGSU Thompson Scholar
Fun Fact - I have two different sized pupils because of an eye injury while playing rugby
Favorite thing about RugBG - Being able to play competitive rugby at the collegiate level
