After competing in the Great Lakes Collegiate Open Regional Tournament, the Falcon Disc Golf team secured a bid to the 2024 Collegiate National Championship. The Falcons competed at the College Disc Golf National Championship for the fourth year in a row. This event was held at the famous, Winthrop University Disc Golf Course in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Falcon Disc Golf competed alongside students from across the United States including a few teams from Canada and the UK. The event consisted of one singles round and three team rounds. The club was able to take four teams to the event. BGSU A Team (Reese Wood, Joel Sheeley, Maxwell Godfrey, David Osting), BGSU B Team (David Franklin, Ian Forry, Elijah Bulan), BGSU Women's A Team (Maia Colon, Cassie Reifeis), and BGSU Women's B Team (Carrie Stetler). The BGSU A Team placed 32nd out of 80 teams in the D2 category. The BGSU B Team placed 42nd out of 45 teams in the D3 category. The BGSU Women's A Team placed 20th out of 29 teams in the Women's D1 category. The BGSU Women's B Team was not placed in the ranking because she played with a student from LSU for the team rounds.
