January's Alumni Spotlight is Andrea Robson. 

Andrea is a two time alumna from BGSU, graduating with her undergraduate degree in 2021, followed by her master's degree in 2022.  Andrea studied accounting during her time at BGSU, while being an active member of the Women's Club Basketball program. Currently, she works as an Assurance Associate for RSM US LLP, a public accounting firm located in the Downtown Cleveland area. Recently, she passed the final part of the CPA exam and is working towards obtaining her CPA license. During her time at BGSU she was involved with Beta Alpha Psi as well as serving as Treasurer for the club basketball team. Additionally, she was placed on the dean's list six times between 2018 and 2021. 

Below are Andrea Robson's responses to a multitude of questions: 

Q: What was your favorite memory of playing club sports?

A: My favorite memory was getting to travel out of state for tournaments and host home tournaments at BGSU.

Q: What made you want to play club sports? 

A: Club sports caught my interest because while I didn't want to play basketball full-time in college, I still wanted to stay involved. Club Basketball was the perfect opportunity for this. Club Basketball allowed me to stay active in a competitive environment, while still having time to focus on my studies and spend time doing things I enjoyed outside of basketball. 

Q: What was your favorite part of participating in club sports? 

A: My favorite part of participating in club sports was the friendships that I made along the way, while getting to play the sport that I love.
